Project Solution

Climatec provided the Building Automation System retrofit for the 1271 AoA. In addition to a complete Air Side infrastructure retrofit, Climatec controls the central plant and over4000 fan coil units in the building. Climatec engineered, furnished and installed Alerton digital controls for the control and monitoring of HVAC systems. This project monitors energy consumption and provides optimized control and energy savings. The Rockefeller Group has applied for and intends to achieve LEED Gold on this building.
